Marina has over 25 years of experience in legal practice. In 1996, she began her legal career in the State Property Fund of Ukraine, an executive body responsible for privatization, lease and management of state assets. Since 1999, she had headed the disputes and claims sector in the Legal Department of the Foundation. For almost ten years, she directly conducted and supervised court proceedings involving the State Property Fund of Ukraine and its regional bodies in all national courts. In 2005 she left the state office and co-founded a law firm.
Prior to joining Arzinger, she worked as a partner in AGRECA, a narrowly specialized transport and infrastructure law firm, for more than 16 years. The firm's legal expertise covered the full range of transactions related to state property.
Maryna specializes on supporting PPP/concession projects, privatization and lease cases. She has been repeatedly involved as a local expert in the implementation of PPP/concession projects supported by the World Bank Group. Maryna also has experience in preparing unsolicited proposals for PPP projects in the port sector.
Within GR, Maryna was involved in drafting the Law "On Railway Transport", laws to simplify procedures related to the construction of hydraulic infrastructure facilities, and numerous bylaws in the port sector.
