Lana’s work experience in legal business is over 17 years. Prior to joining Arzinger, she was employed at JurService Consulting Company. She also worked at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Lana headed the foreign trade and litigation support department at Nemiroff and was Managing Partner at Lukowisc Swierzewskiy & Partners (Ukrainian Office). She also headed the legal department at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ukraine and GlaxoSmithKline Consumers Healthcare Ukraine.

• Drafting amendments and amending the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine to bring it into line with European standards;
• Reforming the legal field for life sciences and healthcare in Ukraine, in particular, reforms in the state procurement of medicinal products and medical devices; development and implementation of the concept for simplified registration of medicinal products in Ukraine to eliminate corruption risks and administrative burden;
