Oleksander Dyakulych promoted to Counsel in Arzinger’s Antitrust practice
Oleksander Dyakulych is an antitrust law expert with more than 10 years of legal practice experience. At Arzinger, Oleksander manages complex projects for obtaining clearances and conclusions from the AMCU, represents clients in the AMCU’s investigations regarding concerted practices and abuse of market power as well as in unfair competition cases; represents clients in court in antitrust cases, advises on state aid issues and introduction of the antitrust compliance system. His industrial focus includes such industries as energy, automotive, media and telecommunications, etc.
