Taras has more than 15 years of experience in representing international and Ukrainian companies with a focus on healthcare & life sciences, IT, media and telecommunications. Taras stood at the origins of the intellectual property system and judicial practice in Ukraine in cases related to the protection of intellectual property rights. He has unique experience in the resolution of IP and life sciences disputes as well as domain disputes both as a legal advisor and arbitrator for the WIPO International Center for Arbitration and Mediation, and has supported regulatory projects in media & telecommunications industries.
