Senior Associate/Associate, Life Sciences & Healthcare

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Senior Associate/Associate position in Life Sciences & Healthcare practice.

Responsibilities:

providing legal support to Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage companies on issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels;
drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers, contracts etc.);
communication with clients, preparation of commercial offers;
PR activity (legal alerts, newsletters, publications, comments, presentations etc.);
monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
general legal support for projects of the practice.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience;
university degree in Law;
attorney’s license will be an advantage;
advanced level of English is obligatory;
experience in advising on Ukrainian and international issues;
knowledge of the concepts of Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage regulation will be an advantage;
ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms;
analytical and strategic thinking;
experienced PC, Liga user.
