Arzinger supported Adaptavist in their acquisition of Rozdoum
Arzinger provided legal and tax support to Adaptavist, a global technology company, in connection with their acquisition of Rozdoum, a Ukraine-based product IT company.
Among other things, Arzinger's lawyers assisted with deal structuring and registration of the acquired Ukrainian business as a resident of DIIA CITY, a special legal and tax regime that provides generous benefits and incentives for eligible Ukrainian IT businesses.
This deal is noticeable for the Ukrainian IT market as it demonstrates the attractiveness of Ukrainian technological companies to foreign investors even during the war times, and contributes to a success story of the DIIA CITY framework.
