Arzinger joined the Association of Energy and Natural Resources of Ukraine

At the end of 2023, Arzinger joined the Association of Energy and Natural Resources of Ukraine. The organization was established to protect and develop the Ukrainian energy and natural resources market.

The Association plans to unite various market participants, including both government agencies and private companies, and aims to create a fair and competitive environment in the energy and natural resources market. Arzinger, in turn, will provide comprehensive and integrated legal support to the Association's members: both within the framework of the current legal regulation and analysis of legislative drafts that may affect the industry.

The primary goal of the Association is to defend the interests of its members in the context of policies and regulations that may affect their business interests. The Association aims to protect the rights and opportunities of its members from various forms of influence.

In addition, the Association will actively pay attention to the processes of liberalization and deregulation of the energy and natural resources market. It seeks to promote competition and create effective and transparent conditions for market players to ensure its better functioning.
