ARZINGER provided comprehensive legal support to a world-renowned fast food company

ARZINGER provided comprehensive legal support to a world-renowned fast food company during the implementation and development of online services for customers in Ukraine.

As part of their cooperation with the company's legal department, ARZINGER's intellectual property and technology lawyers conducted a comprehensive legal analysis of the documents. These documents form the legal basis for the operation of online services in Ukraine. Based on the results of the analysis, they were brought into line with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. In particular, in the areas of e-commerce and consumer protection.

The work on the documents was multifaceted. It covered the analysis of the regulation of electronic transactions and the specifics of concluding contracts in a digital environment. Particular attention was paid to the rights and obligations of online service users. Issues of liability of the parties and aspects of the use of intellectual property objects were also analysed.

Particular emphasis was placed on ensuring transparency and legal certainty of the terms of use of online services for end consumers. At the same time, current law enforcement practice was taken into account. The requirements of Ukrainian legislation, which is dynamically developing and harmonising with European standards, were also taken into account.

The project resulted in the formation of a reliable legal framework. It provides an appropriate level of legal protection for both the fast food company and users of its online services. In addition, this framework contributes to the further safe and sustainable development of the company's digital products on the Ukrainian market.

The project was implemented under the leadership of partner Taras Kyslyy with the participation of the intellectual property and technology practice team: former senior associate Ihor Shyshko and junior associate Milien Martyniuk.
