Arzinger co-authored the "Anti-corruption" video course by the Global Compact Network Ukraine

Arzinger co-authored the "Anti-corruption" video course by the Global Compact Network in Ukraine.
On February 9, the educational program was presented. Yevgeniya Ocheretko, counsel, took part in awarding the participants, who worked on the video course.

"If we visualize the corrupt system as a chain of interconnected links, it is often enough to break just one link in this chain to make it fall apart and not bother anyone else. So, I urge everyone at their level to break such links so that our country can confidently withstand the war and implement post-war reconstruction. This is the key role of Ukrainian business and all citizens in the fight against corruption", - Yevgeniya commented.

The video course aims to help small and medium-sized businesses to learn the principles of integrity. Indeed, a business must be transparent and avoid corruption if it strives to work with large Ukrainian and international companies.

UN Global Compact, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office (Ukraine) worked on the course. You can watch an educational series on the portal Diia. Business and on the platform Diia. Digital Education.

The development of the course lasted for more than two years within the international program Anti-Corruption Collective Action by UN GC. The working group included 50 experts from 34 companies and organizations, among others Arzinger is.

The UN Global Compact Ukraine team released a handbook "Anti-corruption: collective action" and initiated a Memorandum on joint anti-corruption actions in Ukraine.  The improvement of transparency and integrity in the Ukrainian business environment has already been supported by 36 companies and non-governmental organizations, including Arzinger.

In December 2022, Lana Sinichkina, partner and Head of the Anti-Corruption & Business Ethics practice, was a moderator of the panel "The role of compliance during the war. Lessons of integrity from Ukrainian business" as a part of the annual UN GC Anti-Corruption Week.

Anti-corruption is a duty of responsible businesses and citizens.
