    Alesya is an author of numerous publications on corporate and labor law.


    Besides Alesya’s commitment to Arzinger she is also the Head of the Legal Committee at AHK Ukraine – German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce representing the interests of German companies, organizations, associations, and their Ukrainian partners, and is engaged in active liaison with the DACH countries’ embassies towards building robust inter-country business cooperation and mutual development.


    She is also a Сo-Сhair of the ACC Human Capital Committee, and a member and an active participant in the meetings of the European Business Association, and the Ukrainian Bar Association.


    During the implementation of the state labor reform, Alesya participated in the development of the Draft Law "On Labor" (Draft № 2708) in 2019-2020.
