    Alesya is the author of numerous publications on corporate law (including corporate reorganization) and various labour law issues, co-author of various handbooks on labour law.

    Alesya is Deputy Chairman of the Legal Committee and Head of the Personnel Management Committee and is an active participant of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry representing the interests of German companies, organizations, associations, and their Ukrainian partners.

    Alesya also is a Сo-Сhair of the ACC Human Capital Committee, and a member and an active participant in the meetings of the European Business Association, and the Ukrainian Bar Association.
